Sponsor Thank You: RKS Reinhardt Kettlebell System

The Reinhardt Kettlebell System (RKS) is a fabulous set of 16 stregnth training kettlebell workouts.  Each workout it about 30 minutes, which means it's easy to fit into a busy lifestyle (or nap time in my case).  The workouts have intervals of kettlebell moves with periods of rest in between.

What I love about these workouts is the focus on form.  Most of the workouts I do have stregnth training moves squeezed in between high intensity cardio.  Usually I am too tired to work my muscles very efficiently.  I don't use as heavy of weights as I could and I am too tired to think about form.  With the RKS workouts I can focus on building muscle and having proper form.  The workouts also keep your heart rate up so you're burning calories and working off fat.

I have been doing the workouts for two weeks and (along with a healthy diet) have already lost five pounds and noticed myself getting stronger.  The workouts are fun and different.  Each workout gets increasingly difficult so you have time to get used to the moves and using the kettlebell.  I would rate this system very highly!  And one of our lucky contestants will win an RKS set of their own!  Thank you RKS.  Please stop by their website and Facebook and show them some love!

  4. I bought one kettlebell this summer and have done a one move with it. It's amazing how sore I feel after doing them. I would love some new kettlebell inspiration.
