Young Mitsy is on top of the world. A new school year is about to start, and her upcoming birthday party promises to be the social event of the year! But all of her dreams come crashing down when Leelu Belle, the famed daughter of rock star Ringo Belle, comes to town. Leelu demands fashion perfection, which Mitsy is sadly lacking. So when Leelu rejects Mitsy's birthday invitation, and insists that everyone else do the same, it seems all hope is lost.
And when her only remaining friend Hermie steps in to try and save the day, he is swept up in an evil scheme hatched by Leelu's mother, an aging supermodel desperate to regain her former glory.
